RULES OF THE CHAT ROOM:

In order to be treated well by others and not to be kicked out of the chat room, you must follow the rules of the chat room. Bear in mind that the same basic politeness and ethical standards that you would observe in any ordinary room also apply in the chat room.

All users of the chat room are entitled to the freedom of speech. This right entails the freedom of opinion and the freedom to receive and impart information. Iha.ee is not responsible for any actions of the chat room visitors that violate the laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia. The chat room visitor assumes any and all liability for their actions that violate ethical standards or the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Main rules:

1. Hard swearing is prohibited, be polite!
2. Do not repeat the same idea over and over again.
3. Do not write your sentences in all caps.
4. Do not use too many colours for no reason – less is more.
5. Do not pester others to talk to you – try to join the general flow of conversation.
6. Do not bother others by constantly saying how bored you are – you are always free to leave the chat room.
7. It is prohibited to constantly sign on and off the channel.
8. If another user does not want to exchange private messages with you, do not pester the user.
9. Behave yourself – it would be naive to hope that you can remain anonymous in the chat room.
10. Do not insult other users intentionally.
11. It is prohibited to use a name that degrades or insults others. Also, try to avoid copying other users' names.
12. Any advertising whatsoever is prohibited. This also applies to inviting users to another chat room.
13. Any actions that violate the laws of the Republic of Estonia, and the promotion of racism and narcotics are prohibited.

Chat room visitors who violate the rules will be kicked out by the administrators. If necessary, the administrators will block the computer's or entire server's access to the chat room indefinitely.
